3. Reservations

Reservations can be made by telephone, by email, via the contact form or through other available communication channels.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by the representatives of Complex Sharaiman and, where applicable, after the requested deposit has been paid.

The client has the obligation to provide correct and complete details at the time of booking: name, phone number, email address, duration of stay, number of guests and any other necessary information.

4. Fees and payment

Prices may vary depending on the season, period, room type, length of stay, chosen package and availability.

The prices communicated may or may not include certain additional services, depending on the chosen offer. The client is kindly requested to check the booking details before confirmation.

Payment can be made in accordance with the methods communicated by the representatives of Complex Sharaiman.

5. Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the stay. Otherwise, payment for the first night of accommodation is required.

For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, Complex Sharaiman may request payment for the first night's accommodation.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled, and the first night's accommodation may be retained or charged.

If the booking was made through an external platform, the terms of that platform may also apply.

6. Amending the reservation

Changing the accommodation period, the number of guests or the room type is subject to availability.

Complex Sharaiman will try to offer a reasonable solution, but does not guarantee availability for modifications requested after the reservation has been confirmed.

7. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival.

For late arrivals, guests are requested to notify in advance. Late departures can only be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Accommodation rules

Guests are required to maintain quietness, cleanliness, the property's assets and the right of other tourists to a pleasant stay.

It is forbidden to damage the furniture, equipment, common areas or any property belonging to Complex Sharaiman. Any damage caused by the client or persons accompanying them may be borne by them.

Sharaiman Complex reserves the right to refuse accommodation or the continuation of the stay in the event of aggressive, disruptive, dangerous behaviour or behaviour contrary to internal regulations.

9. Additional facilities and services

Access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, restaurant, water activities, excursions or other facilities may depend on the season, schedule, weather conditions, availability or maintenance work.

Additional services may have separate costs if they are not expressly included in the booked package.

Complex Sharaiman cannot be held liable for the impossibility of carrying out certain activities affected by weather, local restrictions, navigation conditions or other situations beyond its control.

10. Guest safety

Guests are responsible for the careful use of the provided facilities.

Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians, especially in the area of the swimming pool, water, pontoon, boats or other areas that may present a risk.

Complex Sharaiman recommends following all instructions given by the staff and the rules displayed on the premises.

Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Complex Sharaiman accepts no responsibility for the loss, forgetting or damage of personal belongings, except in situations expressly provided for by law.

12. Photographs and presentation materials

The photographs and materials on the website are for presentation purposes. There may be differences between the displayed images and the actual appearance of the rooms, spaces or facilities, depending on the season, renovations, layouts or other modifications.

The website's content, including texts, images, graphic elements, and presentation materials, cannot be copied or used without the consent of Complex Sharaiman.
